Our standard
How builders join the network
Every builder in the Pool Builders Adelaide network holds a current SA Building Work Contractor's licence under the Building Work Contractors Act 1995. We verify the BLD number on the Consumer and Business Services public register at cbs.sa.gov.au before any builder is added.
We look for a mix of specialisations - fibreglass, concrete, plunge and lap pool builders - and geographic coverage across Adelaide metro, the Hills and the Fleurieu, so that whatever your project and wherever your block, we can match you well.
Pool Builders Adelaide is a lead-generation and referral service operated by Loudachris Digital Marketing. We do not build pools. All pool builders in our network hold a valid SA Building Work Contractor's licence under the Building Work Contractors Act 1995 for work over $20,000 inc GST (threshold increased from $12,000 on 10 November 2025). All installations must comply with the Swimming Pools and Spas Safety Act 1972 (SA) and relevant Australian Standards including AS 1926.1 (pool safety barriers). Each builder is independently licensed and responsible for their own work, pricing, and warranty.
